【中關(guān)村在線(xiàn)軟件資訊】谷歌在近日的推出的Google Drive受到了用戶(hù)的廣泛關(guān)注，其下載量在一天之內(nèi)就突破了500萬(wàn)。但是，此次Google drive的某些使用協(xié)議并不像人們想象的那樣“只是些廢話(huà)”，而是對(duì)用戶(hù)上傳內(nèi)容的使用權(quán)做出了一些“詭異”的規(guī)定，我們先來(lái)看一下原文：
原文：
“When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services)， communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content。
The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to Google Maps). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services. ”
譯文：
“一但你上傳了，你給了Google(及相關(guān)人員)全球范圍的許可，可以使用，集合，存儲(chǔ)，復(fù)制，修改，衍生(比如翻譯、改編及其它我們認(rèn)為需要的使你的內(nèi)容更合乎我們服務(wù)的修改)，交流，公開(kāi)，公開(kāi)傳播，公開(kāi)展示與分發(fā)的些內(nèi)容的權(quán)利。

如果用戶(hù)同意了以上這段話(huà)，那么Google就可以通過(guò)壓縮、復(fù)制來(lái)存儲(chǔ)你的文件。就就是說(shuō)，Google Drive擁有的不僅僅是作為文件本身，同樣它還獲得了對(duì)其中內(nèi)容的使用與展示的授權(quán)。
假如，一位用戶(hù)是某卡通形象的設(shè)計(jì)者，他將自己的作品保存在Google Drive里了。按照上述條款，Google是有權(quán)利在在它自己的主頁(yè)上采用甚至修改這個(gè)卡通形象。即便你從你的云空間里刪掉了這些形象，但根據(jù)上述條 款，Google仍然可以繼續(xù)展示使用下去。

所以，Google推出的這個(gè)荒謬條款已經(jīng)突破了人們對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)存儲(chǔ)的概念。如果你想使用Google Drive的話(huà)，最好在存儲(chǔ)文件時(shí)，思考一下這件東西是否要保密。
